The curriculum is broken down into three sections; The Grounding Section is an introduction to the basic theories behind Pilates and the movements. The Breakdown Section breaks down the exercise in short segments giving detail instruction, suggestions and helpful hints. The Final / Combo Routine puts over a dozen exercises together in a 10 minute work-out.
